Split News!! Tour News!!!

Much news....

There has been a change regarding the Breathe Knives/Kataplexis Split....we've all decided that it's too much heavy rock to fit on 10 inches. So, this bitch will be released on 12" LP!! Thats 2 more inches of Cate Francis' sick cover art as well!! The final mixes are done, and it's being mastered as I type this, and I must say...I've heard heavier music, I just can't remember when!! Bring your headphones!

We're hoping to have this in our possession for our B.C. shows at the end of July. No word on an official Calgary release party yet, but we'll keep you posted. Here's the official track listing:

We're also planning and starting to book another Eastern Canadian tour for Sept. We're gonna hit the usual suspects that we hit last year, with an addition to Toronto, and Montreal.

Split....and shit!

The BK/Kataplexis split is going to be a 10", and it's coming together fast! We should be finishing up all the recording within the next few weeks. The cover art is also in the works, and being done by the eerie Cate Francis!! I've seen a rough copy of it, and it looks dope! We're also horny to announce that No List Records will be putting this muh-fuggah out!! So stoked on that! We're not sure of the exact release date yet, but we'll have it for tour fersure.

Speaking of tour....we'll be hitting the west in July-ish for a short stint, then back to the east in Sept., hoping to hit T.O. this year....stay tuned!


We're also proud as shit to announce that No List Records will be re-issuing our 9 song cd!! Look for that happening this summer. For now you can head over to our Bandcamp page to download most of it for FREE!

NEWS!!!

This is the new Breathe Knives site. All news and whatnot will be posted here from now on.

The reason for this site is 2 fold: 1. Since the fall of myspace(they can die), we needed a place to have our music, bio, shit like that(P.s. - If you look to the right ---->, you'll see all things media). I said 2 fold, right? 2. It's nice just having something that someone else doesn't completely control....so basically, it goes back to hating myspace and hoping their server gets an incurable virus.

Other News!!!

We will be heading out on tour this summer. We're gonna be doing Western Canaduh in the summer, and another Eastern tour in Sept with our bros Kataplexis http://www.myspace.com/kataplexis! Which leads to the other exciting news!! We will be doing a split of some sort with said Kataplexis dudes slotted for a May release. We will be covering one of each others songs, along with some new shit and possibly some other covers. We're not exactly sure what the media will be, but I assure you, it will be dope!
